• Hi since a while I notice that I don’t receive e-mails about replies to my support questions on www.remarpro.com. The subscriptions seems correctly set and the e-mail address is my correct address.

Anyone know what to do to correct this problem? I’ld liked to be notified about follow up replies.

    Thanks,

    Hans

p.s. I already looked in my spam folder. They are not there either.

It appears your domain (as shown in your profile) is a g-suite domain for email. There aren’t any known problems sending mail to g-suite domains. Do you have any filters set that might be keeping the emails from your inbox?

    Hi @sterndata Steven,

My email-addresses are indeed setup in g-suite. I have no filters setup for this addres, so there are no blockages there.

I have looked via gmail.com and searched for support e-mails and don’t find them there. Even if they where marked as spam they should be in the spam folder for 30 days and there have been reactions on support questions in the past week. Anything but the spam folder is normally emailed to my laptop.

Strangely enough today I get some e-mail notices, like your reaction and the reactions on a support question I just put in woocommerce support. So next to other emails getting marked as spam, I don’t know what it can be.

It is a fact that a lot of legitimate e-mails nowadays also seem to be marked as being spam, so that’s a problem too, also for my own deliverability.

I will check the coming days how it develops and if some e-mails get into spam.

    Thanks for now.

Today I had two replies on support questions on the phastpress plugin. I wasn’t notified and have checked in gmail.com if they perhaps were marked as spam, they weren’t. I also checked if there was a subscription on the threads and that was the case.

So for some reason I haven’t been send them, or they don’t reach my email account. Is there a way to check if they were send?

    regards, Hans

Than this issue seems impossible to solve, and I might just have to live with the inconvenience of it. I did get notice of your reply.

    Thanks, Hans
