Don't receive any Email (except Admin notification)

  • Hello Team wpDiscuz,

    I read all the different topics about my issue but don’t find the solution :

    I don’t receive any notification Email, even the subscription email when i post a new comment, with differents users, or “reply” to those comments…
    Except the Admin notification email !

    Maybe it could be because i had another plugin wich affect comment when i installed wpDiscuz : “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded” what work very good.

    Of course i didn’t need anymore this plugin when i get wpDiscuz and i delete it after installing wpDiscuz.

    wpDiscuz work very good except this problem; wich is very important from my point of view.

    Do you have an idea please?

    Hi Shadz78,
    Could you please show some screenshot of wpDiscuz Email Subscription Settings and the Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page (only the top part). It seems this is a simple miss-configuration extended by “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded” plugin.

    Of course, i tried different possibility for wpDiscuz Email Subscription Settings.

    If you have a cache plugin, please reset it.
    If you have any plugin which related to email subscription, please deactivate those.
    Uninstall/delete and re-install wpDiscuz
    Also, set Discussions settings like this: https://screencast.com/t/UMi7k1P42RLB

    After subscribing and commenting, also check in spam box.
    If you’re using GMail Fetch services, go to Gmail Settings > Accounts and Import and click on “Check mail now” link to load all new comments from website email server.

    What about those other plugins related to email subscription? Can be enable after those steps?
