• I am sad that i did not read other negative reviews before purchasing the premium version of this plugin.

    I bought the plugin looking at the awesome free version of the plugin. However, the plugin is crashing my server. I have created 4 requests and none have been answered. It has been 7 days, And this review is to get the authors attention to key problems his plugin is facing.

    The plugin is awesome. No complaints on it. But if you are not going to be hiring support people and asking $99 for a premium version, please don’t launch premium. If you are going to be offering premium, please launch fast support along with it. A plugin like yoast has a half hour response time. At least have a 24 hour response time. not 24, fine. 48 hours response time?

    The authors comments are – He is a lone man who is handling the plugin by himself. But thats not how business grows. Hire people if you want to grow please. Hire them for support and development. You have got a solid plugin on your hand. Who says you cant make money. Have the confidence.1 billion wordpress sites and growing importance of schema. So ur plugin will sell.

    I have been emailing for premium support since a week. No reply yet. Today i created my refund request. GOD KNOWS whether that at least they will read and grant.

    If refund received, i will delete this feedback of mine. Clear incentive. But really a lot of time has gone in just creating these cases hoping they will be answered.

    And the plugin isn’t working for me (not integrating with Advanced Custom Fields).

    I have also submitted a refund request just now. Will keep you posted if I receive anything.

    Hey Mathiasmedia, did you get a refund in the end? I asked for one as well but didn’t hear back from them.

    Update. I still have not gotten a refund and have given up hope for it.

    I bought the premium version of the plugin, had problems with it, submitted tickets several times. Didn’t hear back at all. Eventually submitted a refund request and didn’t get any response from that either. This was about a month ago.

    Warning to everyone consider buying this plugin: Don’t do it unless something changes.

    In fact, with this plugin currently saying it provides refunds, there is some very serious deception going on here. Anyone have ideas on what we can do about it?
