    I’ve checked our records and found your active order from the email address info@a********g.co.uk. It looks like you logged in to a different account, which is why you couldn’t find your Astra Pro zip file or license key.

    Our team has already replied to your support ticket with your account details and how you can install Astra on your site. Please reply to that ticket and let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
