Purchased this plugin to get advanced features. Didn’t work, no word from support. Tried to reach out multiple ways and never heard back. No refund. Basically took my money for nothing, had to find another solution.

?? @aaronp5 Why are you giving it 5 stars then? What didn’t work? Such serious claims, but is there anything to back them up? I’m seriously evaluating whether to use this plugin for a client, but non-specific claims like this don’t help my evaluation, or anyone else’s for that matter.
