    It appears that Responsify also processes the feed. This is fine when I use Feedly to view my blog posts. But I also have MailChimp process my feed and forward it to subscribers. MailChimp appears to be stripping the srcset attribute out of the img tag.

    Ideally, MailChimp would handle this correctly. In the meantime, being able not to responsify the feed seems like a good fallback position.

    I think this will do the trick: https://github.com/stefanledin/responsify-wp/archive/1-7-3.zip

    You might need to empty the RSS cache by updating a post or something like that.

    Awesome! It looks like it’s working for me.

    You’ll probably want to bump the version number in responsify-wp.php to 1.7.3 before pushing to the plugin repository.
