  • Don’t pay for a pro membership. It is complicated, and it often does not work. The refund policy is awful. It states a 14-day money-back guarantee, but you actually have to submit a ticket to show that you have technical issues to get a refund. I used a few other plug-ins and chose another with superior quality. I do not intend to use this plugin regardless, but I am not entitled to a refund, so I have wasted money. Stay away.

    Edits: I should add that the customer service has been awful and rude. They wanted me to give a 5-star rating for this product in exchange for a refund when they should have just given a refund without conditionals. I have declined, and now they want me to delete the review for a refund. Still, I have refused. They need to understand that it is not only about a refund.

In this case, the refund request was made within the first hour of purchase, primarily due to not understanding how to integrate ChatGPT TTS functionality. This is an optional integration, and we responded promptly with detailed guidance, created a video tutorial specifically to assist, and offered to join a live session to walk through the process. We were unable to proceed further without collaboration on the support options available.

    To ensure transparency, we also provide a live demo of the plugin, allowing potential customers to test its features and functionality before purchasing. We take pride in providing a high level of support and ensuring our users can make the most out of our plugin. However, without meeting the conditions outlined in our refund policy, the request could not be approved.
