Don’t load jQuery 3.1.1

Hi,

In the latest version you are using vue-select which includes jQuery 3.1.1 and that breaks a lot of other scripts that are using jQuery library since most of the code is written for 1.x or 2.x

I would suggest removing the 3.1.1 version or only include it when necessary rather than on all backend pages.

Right now I have removed the jQuery code from this file: /wp-content/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/pagebuilder/inc/assets/vue-select2/select2_jquery.min.js
