Don’t lazy load Largest Contentful Paint image

the data-skip-lazy attribute prevents the lazy load of wp fastest cache from working. you can use the following plugin to disable the native lazy load feature of wordpress.

Unfortunately the plugin you described to disable lazy load using WordPress does not work with ClassicPress. There I added the following function in functions.php:

add_filter( ‘wp_lazy_loading_enabled’, ‘__return_false’ );

But this works only in posts and pages. It does not work for images called in the sidebar (but there I call the featured-images).

Did they still recommend disabling built-in lazy loading?

Would you still recommend to disable CP lazy-laoding by using the function

add_filter( ‘wp_lazy_loading_enabled’, ‘__return_false’ );?
