Don’t know who Super Admin is

Hi there,

I’ve recently been taken on board fot help manage this NFP trusts account. However, no one seems to know who the Super Admin is and the account I am currently able to access seems to have Author access. When I attempt to login in through other accounts that have been set up (including the supposed Super Admin account), 2FA pops up but none of the trusts members are recieving an email to confirm (a request for their spam folder to be checked has been given).

How do I find out who has the Super Admin account when those that set it up don’t seem to know? And how do I find the email address that the 2FA was sent to?

I do have access to the wp-admin through an Author account but it’s not enough to create a new account under my name and to play with the theme. We also have a company coming in to help with the site but without being able to create any accounts that are above Auther role they are unable to begin.
