• Just don’t. I am just GLAD that I made the backup. Otherwise, I would have lost everything.

This works on Chrome if you are NOT on an Apple device.

Then, Safari will not show images at all.
Chrome won’t show images if you are on an iPad, iPhone or MacBook.

When I realized that the images were not showing on Apple devices (either Chrome or Safari), I tried to revert some of them, but it was useless.

Ultimately I had to rename all the folders created by the plugin via FTP and upload the backup BY HAND via FTP.

Support? WHAT A JOKE! Forget about them.

Just forget about this plugin it still has a LONG way to go.

    Hi @xpconversions

Sorry to hear about these issues.

The problem on Safari and iPhone/iPad are mostly related to WebP – we have noticed some issues about this and we work on the fix.

What we have so far is that simply deactivating WebP should resolve the problem (plus clearing all caches on your system).

    Best Regards

    Same here.

1 MONTH that I ask their shit support team how to restore the supposed backup of all my images? Their plugin destroyed every single image and their link to my products.

They never answer and just laugh at me for being stupid enough to give them money

    STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
