Don’t install it, too many issues!

  • Needs:
    Disable the “NEXT” button until all the required fields are validated.
    and I have (miniOrange 2 Factor Authentication) SMS Authentication on Checkout and that would mess with this process. Verify Your Purchase.

    I’m not sure how account verification would work if user is not logged-in.
    First step is that user login: if you don’t enter the user credentials and hit NEXT, I see a spinner and I see Login with your Social ID on BILLING section? what?

    There should be option to switch between sections from the top:
    LOGIN / BILLING / SHIPPING / ORDER INFO / PAYMENT / INFO

    1. One can just ignore login and move the the next sections?

    2. I am using Super Socializer and I see (Login with your Social ID) in the Billing Section?

    3. SHIPPING is also showing (Ship to a different address?) ? why? and what has “Order Notes (optional)” to do with SHIPPING ???

    4. ORDER INFO – No product images? at least make it possible to display the image of the product with product titles.

    5. Should have a confirmation dialog on (BACK TO CART) button.

    Email Verification / SMS verification / Mobile Verification miniOrange 2 Factor Authentication

    I added miniOrange 2 Factor Authentication on checkout, so if I enable it with this plugin. The verification process is on BILLING DETAILS and it doesn’t work.

    Most importantly, there should be no checkout process unless user account is Verified by email or 2FA (2 Factor Authentication).

    Note:
    Someone I know had this issue, the account wasn’t confirmed and the address and shipping info was fake and all went wrong just because the account wasn’t Verified by email or 2FA (2 Factor Authentication).

    Hi there,
    we’re sorry for your negative evaluation on our product.
    The plugin split the checkout process in different steps and we’re sorry that it does not work like you would it.
    Regarding your 2 Factor Authentication probably the plugin is not compatible with it.
    We develop it in according to WordPress and WooCommerce standard and it works like a charm in most cases, however sometime a conflict can born because two or more plugins work on the same section with different functions.
    Shipping is managed as a separate step and in this version of the plugin is not possible remove it.
    About the order info, the plugin show exactly the content of the section Order info you would see with the plugin disabled, it does not change the content.
    By the way we’ll keep in consideration your evaluation to improve our product in the future.
