  • This doesn’t work. Only they want it is to sell his premium plugin. It doesn’t show the FAQ, only send an orphan link: 404.

    Hi gx,

    Sorry about any trouble you are having with the plugin. That just sounds like you need to flush your permalinks, something that is often necessary when new custom post types are registered in WordPress or changes are made to custom post types (the FAQs use a custom post type). To do this:

    – In the main menu, go to “Settings > Permalinks”.
    – Scroll down, if needed, and click “Save Changes”. No need to actually make any changes.
    – Rewrite rules and permalinks have now been flushed.

    I’m using this plugin for years on multiple sites and I believe this rating is not fair.

    I use both the free and premium versions of this plugin depending on the site. The plugin works very well, is well maintained, and is well supported. One must first try to resolve an issue before declaring the plugin bad.
