Don’t have upload folders

  • Someone installed WordPress for me, so now I am not able to install new themes or plugins due to not having the folders that came with installation, what do I do?

  • Do you not have access to your web host’s cPanel or FTP? If that is the case, then you need to bug your friend who installed WP for you to upload your desired plugins and themes. And you’ll also need to bug him/her when it’s time to upgrade WordPress. Maybe they’ll decide that’s too much work and allow you access to your site area.
