Don’t have the option “+” to edit/upload profile photo

Hi there,
I am using Ultimate member Version 2.5.0, on a DIVI website.
When I go to https://site/user/username/ and click on the cog wheel, nothing happen. I see no option to change the profile photo.
On the photo I don’t have the “plus” option to click on..In Ultimate member -> Settings -> Appearance -> Profile section : “Disable Profile Photo Upload” is unchecked.
UM -> Settings -> General – Use gravatars is uncheckedI created custom profile pages within UM (linked directly to each registration form) and for all the roles I have allowed “edit profile”.
I don’t know what to check more… Thanks for your help

Can you look at your cPanel if there are settings for a tool called “ModSecurity Web Application Firewall” or ask your web hosting support if they use “ModSecurity”.
If “ModSecurity” is active, disable “ModSecurity” for your site’s pages.
