Dont have sufficent permissions to access this page

Hello to all
i install Gravity Forms Salesforce but i cannot do any kind of settings. i i click on it i got the upper error.
as well i download and uyy Gravity Forms but no idea how i need to get this installed and or even i need this or not

any kind of help will be great
