• I have selected this over other plugins due to flowing reasons

    1.user ratings and simplicity.
    2.mobile-friendliness.
    3.ability to convert them into PDFs with the logo of the site
    and
    4.Dropdown feature to reveal hidden rows.

    After testing the free version, I absolutely loved it and purchased a pro licence.
    Perhaps I made a mistake.

    The dropdown capability is worst in small devices. content overlaps and makes it unreadable to users.

    I have raised a complaint ticket and it tooks several mails to reach them. WordPress dashboard did not work (which suppose to) for a pro licence.

    and it took a few days them to respond. Actually, when I give a negative review (ya like this one) things started rolling.

    They fixed the issue and asked me to consider rewriting the review. and I did (left it at the end of this review).

    When I have updated the plugin, whatever they fixed turns to the previous state.

    Now the situation is to approach them and beg them to fix it or drop the plan of having dropdown rows. I choose the second one.

    I have also decided not to upgrade the licence since it not so much of worth to choose for one other purpose is been useless.

    Down the line, (perhaps 6 months)now the PDF export is not working. It should even with an expired licence.

    I might be an unlucky customer, to whom this software doesn’t work well and support response is terrible.

    But in my experience, PRO DOESN’T WORTH.

    No this time I am going to neither renewal licence, approach the customer care nor rewriting the comment.

    TO THE TEAM: Thanks for providing the free plugin until I migrate to other vendors.

    my previous comment after they asked me to rewrite: I have purchased a premium after using the free version for a week. I liked features like print and mobile responsiveness. I went for pro for additional features like logo appearance for print and collapsible rows.

    Things I like:

    1. Editing of tables is easy (as in Microsoft XL).
    2. Mobile responsiveness is good compared to other tables making software.
    3. Can pull logo onto print option/ PDF export option.

    Things I wish it had:
    1. ability to pull the table name while exporting to PDF / Print. I believe this is must If you are using 10s of tables on your site. So that user after printing table doesn’t have to struggle to identify.

    Overall a good product to try.
