Dont fetch Metform data

    Hi all!

    have two forms on my web and need to collect data.

    Suretrigger sees the web, sees all the forms installed on the site, but does not fetch the data from any form after sending the forms, although the countdown continues…
    There are no conflicts of the plugins. API is installed.
    Theoretically, what could be the problem?

    It seems this may be related to browser cache. I suggest trying in an incognito browser window and if the form response is received, clear your browser cache.

    If you contunue to expereince this problem, please raise a support ticket with us and we will investigate this further.
