• I am french Director and i put this review after tested this plugin, it’s what i thought :

    I thought before use,
    1 – one man told in one bad review : Must upgrade to access entries (start good !)
    2 – Why it’s write 10 000 000 dowloads on they website but just 1 000 000 users actif ? 9 000 000 told good bye ?..
    3 – Nowhere, on site and on this page, they do not display any data on the limits of the free version

    I tested to send one mail for the support for ask, what’s the limit to the version free ? Where i can see them ?

    Answer ? They send me on the page price, on theire website, but didn’t answered. It’s what i thought, they use one not good technique for sale : They wait you use theire plugin, abd after you must paid for see your entry. And you paid because you used, loose time, and your clients also used, you don’t want change, do paid

    Nice words to tell us that they were tired of developers who were abusing prices and development time, but their technique is probably worse! At least the developers do not hide their intentions = /

    After, you have money, ok, but one plugin with my mentality.. humm .. me i can’t =/ sorry, i told good bye and deleted !

    I’m sorry to hear that our forms weren’t a good fit for your project. In case it helps, though, I’ll add some additional details from your message.

    First, it’s true that our free version doesn’t store entries to the site and entry management is a premium feature. However, entry details can still absolutely be collected in our Lite version. You’d do this by setting up form notification emails. Here’s our notification tutorial with all the details on getting these set up (the only part not possible in Lite is the section named “Adding Multiple Form Notifications”).

    For the downloads number, this count includes both new downloads and updates — so is an indication of both how many sites choose to try our plugin and how many choose to continue using it over time. We’re fortunate to have a large number of loyal users, which is what helps to make our downloads number so high.

    For your email to support, I apologize as it sounds like our team most likely misunderstood what type of information you were looking for. In case it’s helpful/closer to what you had in mind, though, you can view a feature comparison table of Lite vs our Pro license within our Lite plugin (under WPForms > About Us, there’s a Lite vs Pro tab). This is a good demonstration of the limits you can expect within Lite.

    While your experience with the pro version is allowed here in a review, conversation about the pro version such as asking for a refund isn’t.

    I’m leaving the review up but closing it. The reply from the plugin support person was very good.
