Don't display 'clear' message if no featured posts added

I agree. This would be a useful feature to add. Right now, if you click on the clear message it shows an error. I think it’s better to not show the clear message at all. Please consider adding this feature. Thanks.

Actually I have a question regarding this… how do you use this “clear” feature, I can’t seem to see it. I’m currently displaying the favorites with the widgets.
