Don’t Create BackPanel and strange behaviour

    Hey!!

    I have few questions regarding ultimate member.

    -Whenever someone creates an account we don’t “create” them a own backpanel on WordPress, but when the user uses a coupon code, the website DOES create them a backpanel, only when using coupon code. Why is this?

    -How to automtically send the passwork to a newly created user?

    -And lastly, how to validate the phone number on the form? right now you can input to numbers and it will send the form…

    I could not understand your first question. By “own backpanel”, are you referring to wp-admin area access?

    Regarding, phone number validation you can select “Phone number” from the “Validate” dropdown with in field setting like in this screenshot.

    Exactly, I don’t want certain member categories to have a dashboard area, do you know if this is possible?

    Sorry for the late response.

    You can prevent specific user roles from accessing the WP-Admin/Dashboard by unchecking the option “Can access wp-admin?” in the user role settings. Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit a Role > see “Administrative Permissions” section > uncheck “Can access wp-admin?” and then save the settings.
