    Hi there,

    5000 files ~50MB – is this amount of code reasonable?

    The latest stable release of WooCommerce is 8.8.3 and it is of 19.9 MB as you can verify here on the releases page and also in this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/MdCAGM

    Can you please share where you are seeing the 50MB being taken up by WooCommerce?
