Dont Copy Featured Image

    Is there a way to add to the list of taxonomies to prevent the plugin from copying the Featured Image from a post?

    I am also using the Easy Digital Downloads plug in too so, in addition, I have Download Image as well as Featured Image that I don’t want copied into the newly duplicated post.

    I put the “download image, featured image” fields in the “Don’t Copy These Fields” box, but it did not seem to do anything. So I am assuming it is a taxonomies issue.

  • Hi,
    featured image isn’t a taxonomy, but a custom field. Its name is _thumbnail_id

    I don’t know about Easy Digital Downloads, if adding _thumbnail_id is not enough maybe you can ask its developer what is the name of the relevant custom field…
