• This plugin is a joke.
    On paper, it looks good, but nothing works properly.
    It’s full of bugs everywhere. You make tickets on the support, we answer you every 3-4 days, they have a Facebook group, if you complain about it, they delete the comments because you put your finger on the bugs publicly and they don’t like it. In addition, their comparison with [other plugins] is completely distorted, at Bookingpress you pay 99€ per year! With others you pay only once. I gave this plugin a chance for 4 months, I had a big bug that blocked my business for 5 days (my clients couldn’t make appointments at all), so I stopped expenses. The support is terrible, most of the time they don’t try to help you but say “need to update”, but the bug is still present, which proves that they haven’t even looked at your problem. .. It is shameful.
    Basically, there are bugs and you shouldn’t tell them or even expect a quick reaction from them.

    sorry for the trouble you are facing. Regarding the plugin issue I believe its a premium version, the technical support staff is replying to you promptly. And not just every 3 days. Please share the truth here.


    And any issue. you may have will be fixed as soon as possible.

    Also, you paid $69 and not 99 EURO. so, kindly clear confusion.

    Also, if there is bug then we are always happy to help but If you want to place a comment on every member of the forum then that can affect them so, we can not allow that.

    Here are screenshots that prove what I’m saying here.

    A random ticket opened on July 29, first response from support on Tuesday August 1! (4 days later when no appointment was possible! ) And you can see i want to help you, i post responses from my analysis.

    Do you find it normal to have opened so many support tickets in 4 months? 10 support tickets. I use a dozen premium wordpress plugins and you are the only support so slow and so little invested!

    In addition, you do not put the dates and times of the answers… At least admit your mistakes and apologize for the problems instead of justifying yourself with false arguments. Regarding the price, it is indeed $69 the first year but then $99, your comparison with the competitors is therefore wrong because you are comparing with $69 and not $99, the other plugins you mention have a fixed price from the first year.

    I really tried to give the maximum chance to your plugin which has potential, but you do not assure the support and the fact of having deleted my comments on Facebook proves that you want to hide the “truth” instead of help when someone asks for help because their business is blocked.

    I’m really sorry, but by dint of writing support tickets and having little reaction, I made you react by posting a negative opinion. It’s a shame to come to this to get a dialogue.
