    This company just wants your money. I bought the plugin a year ago, consulted with support and finally came to the conclusion it would not work for me. It renewed a year later and I quickly asked for a refund explaining that I had never actually used the plugin despite already paying for a whole year. They said they would refund me weeks ago and have not. Lame excuses like “we’re busy.” I know how long it takes to hit a refund button, and it is seconds.

    They also add other charges to your account and display account information deceptively. I was being charged $69.00 AND $178.00, for ONE plugin I never used. It is also not possible to look at all your payments in one place; you have to click a certain place to see one payment and another place to see the other payment. There is no account screen which lists everything. Nice way to make things difficult financially and very easy to be charged without realizing it!
