Don’t block address.

Is there anyway to disable adding the address to the blacklist when you manually ‘blacklist order’ from the order screen? I think it’s ridiculous that it blocks the address. I’ve had two incidents where it blocked ‘lost angeles, ca’ or ‘new york, ny’. It should just block the name, email and iP, not the address. Or there should be an option to exclude that from automatically being added.
