Don’t be fooled by the 5 stars reviews

  • The only people who gave this theme 5 stars are the ones using the free version, if you are using the free version then good for you.

    Never do the mistake of purchasing the theme especially if you already have a live website and you already have traffic.

    If you are using woocommerce don’t use this theme it has 0 features and it will take you forever to create a website even with templates they give you the theme misses so many simple features for your store and you will need tons of plugins that will slow your website even more, nothing special about it (it’s just exactly as storefront so you might as well get store front).

    forget about all that I mentioned above, The most thing the disappointed me is that when you purchase the theme it means you get a (Pro support) the pro support is not even close to pro they first answer you about something totally random from your issue and the reply time is minimum 24hours I feel sorry for people running a business and need urgent support once they face an issue its just RIP for those people

    I am just saying this as I had experience with other premium themes “Pro themes” and this by far had the worst support ever specially when you have an e-commerce website with many customer and traffic

    just be aware.

    I would like to answer your concerns below inline:

    = On top of the many features we offer in the free version, here is a list of what you expect from Astra Pro, just for the WooCommerce. We advertise it clearly on the website.

    # Theme misses so many simple features for your store and you will need tons of plugins.
    = Astra is a theme. The job of the theme is to handle the design and styling of the website. Theme can not offer features beyond design as they need to be taken care of by plugins. There is a reason WordPress has a distinction Theme + Plugin structure.

    # The pro support is not even close to pro they first answer you about something totally random from your issue.
    = I’m sorry you had issues with support. That is not the usual experience of our customers. You will find thousands of customers enjoy the experience with our support team.     # Minimum 24 hours.
    = We answer questions within 24 hours on weekdays. Usually, it is 5 to 10 hours and depends on the complexity of the question.

    YOU MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING QUITE WRONG YOURSELF!! YOU MIGHT DESERVE 1-STAR AS DESIGNER.
    Stop with nonsense 1-star reviews just to divert users towards other themes. As a amature user of themes, reviews are important for considering to use one or buy the pro version of a theme. As a former Divi/Avada/Enfold user, in my experience Astra Pro is by far the fastest theme with (Pro version) abundant usefull configuration options. This is affirmed by the Astra reviews on Youtube. So, don’t act ridiculous by adding false reviews, misleading those who search for products.
