Don't banner one user

  • Hi,

    One user of my site have problems to enter in the site.

    Some times, he is blocked by the pluging.

    I see in the log this:

    Expires = 2015-01-16 18:53:03

    Expires_gmt = 2015-01-16 17:53:03

    Type = Brute_force

    He say me he never use a wrong pass… maybe is like the pluging say a brute force attack, but is strage because the name of the user is not so common: ‘servicempleo’

    It’s possible to don’t block one especific user or at least block the IP of the user who try to acces by brute force, but allow to access with this user from other IP

    My client send me his IP and I add it to the whitelist:

    He send me:

    IP: 192.168.80.132
    Proxy 80.28.149.201

    Wich one I have to add to the Whitelist to be secure he don’t be again banned?
