Don't appear in Tools

It looks like you need to activate this plugin first:

As it no longer is in the WordPress repository that makes this plugin useless. Also, 8 months with no updates or support here.

Thanks for your questions and concerns. The CodeStyling Localization Preserver is an add-on for the Codestyling Localization plugin, so you need to have that plugin installed as well. Unfortunately the plugin has been removed from the www.remarpro.com respository recently, but you can still find it here:
