    Hello, I have a 14 day free trial subscription then 19.97 per month. I’m seeing more than half of these payments after the free trial are failing.

    Most of these that are failing are because of a prepaid visa card or due to insufficient funds. Is there any way to check this or verify the card in order to move forward with the subscription?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    We don’t check or validate the card on our side due to security reasons – the best would be to contact your payment gateway and see if this is possible from their side.

    They might have functionality available that can decline a transaction if a prepaid card is used.
