Donor wall: not all donors displayed

Hi there,

I see that 24 display after you click on the “Mehr Anzeigen” button just as you described.

My first suggestion would be to look at the 5 donor that are missing and see if there’s anything unique about their donations. Are they all on a specific form, or where they done while you had GiveWP in Test Mode?

Next I would carefully review your shortcode. Can you provide the full shortcode for me here? If you’re using the Block instead, can you provide a screenshot that shows all the settings of that block?

Apologies for not getting back earlier. The problem is still valid, even though I can now see 36 donors (but it should be 45).

The missing donations as well as the displayed donations are done all on the same form. Also, the missing donations weren’t done on test mode.

I checked the missing donations and they’re the first donations done on this form in the timeframe 24-28 November.

I’m using the block, so I’ll provide a screenshot of the settings.

Just another note: On this site (https://kurima-zimbabwe.com/spender-der-aktion-spende-eine-ziege/), I can see all donations but if I have it as a block on the other site, the above mentioned donations are missing.
