Donor receiving incorrect receipts

    Hi there.

    When a someone makes a donation on our website we receive a notification and the donor receives a receipt. Problem is that the donor receives the incorrect receipt. They get a receipt meant for a different donor for a different campaign.

    Any help would reeeally be appreciated.

    Hi John,

    That happens when you are caching the donation confirmation page. Please make sure that any and all caching plugins or server-side caching that you have is excluding your donation confirmation page completely.
