Donor Dashboard not loading

Glad you reached out.

Your system information doesn’t show that you have GiveWP active. Could you navigate to the Plugins tab of the WordPress dashboard and check to see that you have GiveWP installed and activated?

When I attempt to view your form, it gives me a 404 error, which again leads me to GiveWP either not being activated, or the form being deleted.

Give this a look and let me know what you find. I’m happy to help with any questions along the way.

Hi, I double-checked and the Give-WP plugin is active. Here is my system information in English (I dont have any add-ons on give-wp btw).

Thanks for sending that information. There must have been something wrong on my side of things, I can see everything now.

I need to clarify one thing: You mentioned your Donor Dashboard isn’t loading, and then sent me an error that is usually associated with a donation form, and the URL you sent along is for a donation form. Are you having trouble with the Donor Dashboard, or your donation form? I can address both here just in case, but if you can point me in the right direction, I can focus on the one that is causing your issues.

Donation Form
I hopped back into the site, and the form is still a 404. Let’s start by resetting permalinks. You can do this by switching them to another structure, saving, and then switching them back and saving again.

Donor Dashboard
When I look at the Donor Dashboard page, this is what I see:

This looks like the Donation History Page, not the Donor Dashboard, so I think there might be a shortcode issue here.

There are 2 ways donors can access their donation histories: The Donor Dashboard, or the Donation History Page.

That page looks like the Donation History page, not the Donor Dashboard, so we’ll need to check the shortcode on your Donor Dashboard page. It should be: [give_donor_dashboard]

But right now it looks like you might have [donation_history] running instead.
