Help me understand what version of Seamless Donations you’re running. Does Seamless Donations have a gear icon or a palm tree icon?

I too am having this issue. My Seamless Donations has a palm tree icon and the log indicates it is version 4.0.11.

    Hi David,

I’m running version 4.0.11 and it’s the Palm Tree version. I am using this plugin on two sites. On one it works and the other it doesn’t.

Hi folks. There is on possibility I can think of without more information on your individual circumstances (how many donations, how newly installed the plugin, etc). The first is that you’re not getting the confirming IPN signal back from PayPal.

    Hi David,

We’ve been using the plugin since before you took over and we’re not seeing any donor details for any donors but we are seeing the name and amount. Even for donors who gave a long time ago and I’m pretty sure we were able to see their information previously, we are not able to see info. now.

    Thanks!

Did you check after upgrading from 3.x to 4.x that the donor details moved over? Is this a new problem?

I’m pretty sure the details moved over and that this is a new problem.

    Thanks!

This is happening to me as well man. The data is in the database (confirmed), just not showing up

Did this happen after upgrading to WordPress 4.4?

    –David

This is happening to me as well. PA-MOJA.com
I just installed the plugin recently and I really like a lot of it. However, it is really important to be able to see the donor information. Also, I can’t tell whether they have donated monthly or just once.

There’s nothing in my code that should cause this to happen, especially as a new problem. I’m just grabbing basic post data and using the API, displaying it. I did reach out to the API developers to see if they’ve noticed any problems and I’m also checking to see if perhaps just including an updated API would help. But since I can’t reproduce the problem, it’s hard to diagnose it.

Could you folks please list the plugins you’re running? Perhaps there’s a plugin conflict of some kind that’s interfering with the display of the summary page. Also, let me know the WP version you’re running, just in case you’re all on 4.4 and that’s causing the issue.

    Thanks!

The API vendor has a suggestion. Not sure how much I believe it, but it’s easy and worth a try. Please go to the Permalinks section of your admin interface and simply hit Save on that page to update your permalinks.

Please let me know if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for the help, I updated all my plugins and that seems to have worked. I can now see the donor and donation information. However, the main reason we were wanting to see this information was to see if people had made a monthly or a one-time donation. Is it possible to see this information somewhere?

Thanks for the help, I’ve figure it all out.

Marking as resolved. If anyone else still has this problem, please launch a new thread.
