Donations filter by form name not working

  • I am using the Give Donation plugin version 2.1.3 with WordPress 4.9.6. The plugin works good so far. I have about 10 donation forms created and I have received over 2 dozen donations so far.

    The problem is when I log into WordPress and I try to filter the donations by form name, it doesn’t work. It just says “No items found”. If I filter the donations by just the Start Date and the End Date, it works fine. It’s only when I try to filter Form name, it doesn’t work.

    Is there anything I have to do to make the view by Form filter work or is this a bug in the plugin?

    I just attempted to replicate that behavior on my test install, and was unable to. That points to some sort of conflict with either your specific environment or with another plugin or the theme.

    Follow the steps there, and let us know if you can isolate what the conflict is. At that point, we’ll try to replicate the conflict and find a fix.
