Donations and Subscriptions Not Showing Up in Website Admin

  • I have the Pro version. I bought the Pro version so I could accept recurring payments.

    When I log in to the Admin > PayPal Donations > Donations I see 3 donations made from before I bought the pro version.

    When I go to Admin > PayPal Donations > Subscriptions (recurring payments?) there is nothing there. I know I have 1 person who tried to make a recurring payment.

    When I go to PayPal I see 8 donations in my account (the original 3 are there from the free version).

    I have delete my Sucuri plugin which I read causes problems with other PyPal plugins.

    So Donations and Subscriptions are not showing up in the Admin of my website.
