Donation transactions are not showing in dashboard

I am in live mode. I did a test donation of $1.00 and it worked. I got the email to confirm the donation and I got the “Thank you” page that I configured. But the paypal plugin dashboard in wordpress shows no donations. I don’t think its a timing issue, as I did the donation yesterday and its still now showing any donation. Help! There’s been a fundraiser for persons with disabilities and I cannot track the donations. I do not have access to the paypal account, only the merchant ID for the configuration of the plugin.
