Donation projects missing

Hello. I have been using the quick donation plugin for a few months. Now on the front end page, the project field is missing. Please see at:
https://matchingplayers.com/racket-sports/squash-4/It is visible at first, but when you use the search form in the middle of the page, then the project field disappears. is there a clash with the visibility? Can I set it to permanently visible in the codes? Please advise.
