donation problem via mobile – donation button spinning only

    Hello-

    Except I am using paypal to collect donations. And it is working fine on desktop. It’s just on mobile that says waiting and never goes through to paypal.

    Hi @laughingcat13 – Sorry to hear about the issues on mobile! We’ll get you fixed up.

    Which mobile device is it not working on specifically? All devices or Android/iOS – and then also which mobile browser? For example, Safari or Chrome?

    I checked out your site and couldn’t find the donation form but rather saw the PayPal button on the donate page. Where on the site can I see the Give donation form having an issue?

    I had to abandon the Donations plugin. We had to put up something immediately that could collect donations. Later I may set up a private page to test it on.

    We were getting different input form different people that they weren’t having luck on mobile, but I just don’t know what devices they were trying it on. I got the message through other people. I can tell you for sure that it wasn’t working on iphone.
