Donation pledge plugin without money

  • Is there any plugin donation type or database type that would allow me to track donation PLEDGES (i.e. I will donate $5,000 over 5 years0 but without actually collecting any money. I am trying to build a campaign to show an organization there is support for them to make a certain decision. However, I do not want the legal responsibility of holding onto money.
