  • It looks the same on Safari as on Chrome to me.

I should have specified that I was using Safari on my iPhone 4.

In IE, the block that contains the form has class “gf_browser_ie” (and is set to display:none;, whereas in Chrome it has class “gf_browser_chrome”.

I also noticed (in Chrome) that upon page load, the form is initially not visible, then when the page is finished loading, some JavaScript makes it visible. In fact, sometimes when I load it in Chrome, it stays invisible (like in IE).

Longstoryshort: some Javascript is not working properly.

I’d say this is because of the Gravity Forms plugin, perhaps it’s conflicting with WooCommerce, or maybe you use another plugin to show this donation form. Perhaps it would be best to ask the Gravity Forms team for support (if you have a license).

Thanks, Senff. Maybe we’ll try another plugin then and see if that works.

Yeah I’m a little confused why the form has a different class depending on the browser, and why it’s set to hidden first and then (after load) becomes visible. I’m not sure if that’s something done by Gravity Forms or something else!

Hopefully we’ll get to the bottom of it. Thanks to your help at least we have a place to start.

We were able to create a new donation form without WooCommerce, and it works great on all browsers. Thanks so much, Senff!

I’m closing this post because it has been resolved.
