Donation option not displaying in cart

    Hello

    I’ve been using your plugin on a client’s website for a number of months and it was working beautifully (thank you!), but recently it has stopped displaying. I’ve tried it on a different client site and it also isn’t displaying. One is using Bridge theme and the other is a Divi theme.

    I’ve made sure that the tick box in the plugin settings is unticked, so that it should be displaying at checkout. But it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    My apologies for the delayed reply. Do any of your sites still use our plugin? If so, I can do further troubleshooting to try to figure out why it’s not working.

    Can you send details for your site to [email protected] so that I can take a look? Please send at least the URL, but if you can send admin login details as well that may help me with troubleshooting.

    Sorry, my mistake. I wasn’t understand how the plugin works. It’s fine.
