Donation Limit

    Hello,

    When a donator tries to donate ￡100.01+ it fails, so the donor has to process at least 2 transactions for what should be one simple donation.

    This has been going on for at least 6 months if not longer

    There is nothing in Stripe to limiti this so need to find out why & where it comes from / happens

    WP Version 5.7.2
    GiveWP Version 2.11.2

    Hey @juggy69,

    Glad you reached out.

    When using GiveWP, you don’t have any limits for donations, and it is usually related to the donor credit card OR the payment gateway. Also, ?every time a donation is made on your site – or attempted, GiveWP creates a new entry on the logs section on the dashboard that gives us further information on what is happening. Can you send me logs for when you try to make a donation and get the errors below? You can find the logs under Donations > Tools > Logs.

    Hi @matheusfd,

    Issue sorted noticed in the Form options of maximum amount as all other forms except this one was a set amount so didnt notice I added a max limit of ￡100 in the form settings with in the plugin
