Hello, I am using the classic legacy form with donation levels. I would like the donation level “text” field value to display with the price on the corresponding level button on the frontend, but it does not seem to display. Eg. Bronze $50, Gold $100, Platinum $300, etc.

I can see with my browser code inspector that the aria element is filled in with the correct level text but that is all. I have excluded the Give donation URLs from caching and even disabled caching, but it still does not display the level text. Do you have a solution or suggestion? Thanks!

    Hi, @acal.

    Glad you reached out.

We’ve investigated it and we found that you’ve uncovered an edge-case issue with our Classic form. What is happening is that the text field is not displayed, even when you have the information on the donation form.

I’ve escalated this to our development team so they can work on a fix. You can follow up on the progress of the fix here:?https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/donation-levels-do-not-display-custom-text-in-classic-template.

Meanwhile, the workaround is to use a different template like multi-step forms.

While we work on a fix, feel free to message us if you have further questions or need any additional assistance!

I just flipped it to the multi-step and still no labels. Visible but it does show on hover as a tooltip. Not ideal but better than nothing.
