    Dear Support team,

    We have face some issue when we click on Donation Payment history page then the page is taking long time and after some time it display following errors. We added the video URL for the reference. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/13959568?key=e417f0f104eb418fa64cad6f22300260

    #1 500 Internal Server Error Or Request Timeout This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

    #2 Payment history page loader takes 3-5 min after that we can edit any donation.

    Let’s start with your system information. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here. This should give me a bit more context so I can dig in.

    Hi @rupeshjorkar,
    I’d like to double check whether the error code you are seeing indicates a timeout issue, or something else. Whenever you see that message, a more detailed error log has been sent to the main admin email address (which you can configure at Settings > General in the main WordPress settings). Check that email, and then pass along any error messages you are receiving so we can help.

    If you don’t see that error in your email (WordPress emails are notoriously unreliable that way), we have a couple other options for getting those codes.

    PHP errors like critical or fatal errors are recorded in your server logs. If you don’t know where to find the PHP error logs you can contact your hosting provider and they will be able to point you in the right direction to find them, or they can send them right along to you.

    We can also use the Fatal Error Notify plugin. You can install and activate this, and make sure the email of your choice is in the email field. It will send you an email with the detailed error code you can send to me.

    Hello stephanieliy,

    As per the guidance I install the Fatal Error Notify plugin and try to open the Payment History page the same issue occurred but not received any fatal error email. We checked the error.log file unable to found fatal error following is the error log and Plugin Activation Screenshot. Please suggest the other way to fix this type of issue.

    Hi @rupeshjorkar,
    Thanks for sending along those codes. Those are warnings, not errors, and that actually helps rule out a couple of possible issues.

    First, it looks like a third-party plugin is conflicting with GiveWP. I recommend deactivating Custom Registration Form Builder with Submission manager, and see if that helps with the issue.

    I also suspect some caching is at work, but let’s start with the plugin conflict first.
