    Hello Give support,

We are trying to do a multilevel donation, which we had before the update.
After the update, all our saves were lost, so we are trying to rebuild it.
However the form is not remembering any of our settings after we click update, it reverts to an empty form.
    Could you please assist us.
    Thank you,
    N.

It sounds like your Database update did not complete. Please do the following:

    1) Go to “Donations > Updates” and run the Database update
    2) If you don’t see that menu item, do you see an admin alert about admin-ajax.php not being accessible?
    3) If neither of those are relevant, please provide your System Info here for me, by going to “Donations > Tools > System Info”

    Thanks!

    Hello Matt,

Any ideas on how to resolve the problem?

    My best,
    N.

    Hi @nazkangal

I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.

    Thanks!
