Donation forms disappeared from my website

On the backend of that specific page, do you see the shortcode displaying on the page?

Did you recently make any changes (like updating the theme or a plugin related to building pages, etc) that may have caused this?

I still see the form live when I visit it directly at (your site)/donations/donate/ so I know it’s there.

Thank you! How can I send you a screenshot? It shows that the donation form widget is present, but nothing is showing live on the front end of the site. Only the photos and content.I haven’t made any changes. The forms I am referring to are under the following:

Neither of which are showing on my end. I only see the content. There should be a donation form on both above pages.

Hi @hopesanctuary — looking through the code on your site I don’t see ANY of our scripts or assets being output at all. This suggests to me that the Give plugin is not active on your site right now. Can you go to “Plugins > All Plugins” and confirm that Give is in fact activated on the website?

It is showing as an active plugin. It is also showing on the backend where the form widget is placed. Nothing looks different on the backend. However, the forms are no longer present on the frontend. Should I try to deactivate/reactive the plugin? Will I lose any content/settings/styling if I do so?

I do see the form now in your code, but it looks like your page builder is hiding it only on Desktop screens. See here:

This is most likely something to do with your page builder settings (Site Origin I believe). That is not something we can control at all, so I’d suggest contacting Site Origin about it.

Interesting. Any idea how this would suddenly happen? Can you tell me if deactivating/reactivating the Give plugin would erase any content/settings/styling if I tried rebooting?

There’s a setting that WILL make sure all the info is deleted. Just to be cautious, go to “Donations > Settings > Advanced” and make sure the “Delete All Data” option is DISABLED. Then if you delete and install again all your previous settings will still be there.

But I don’t believe that will have any effect at all since the problem seems to stem from how that module is configured in your page builder.
