We have set up a donation form with several options, including $1000, but when the latter is chosen, the payment received is actually $999. Is this a built-in limit, and is there any way to bypass it? We are using PayPal payments. Thanks for any help.

    Hello @jamminjames

    Hope you’re doing well today!

There are no built-in limits when it comes to the PayPal field on Forminator, however, we would require more information as to where you notice the $999 as paid.

Can you please confirm if you notice it on the Form Submissions Or on the PayPal dashboard?

In case you notice it on the form submissions, we would need to take a closer look at your form to replicate the issue and troubleshoot the issue further. I am mentioning this because I checked on my test site with PayPal Sandbox with $1000 and it did complete fine.

    To share the form export
    – Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
    – click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
    – select “Export” option
    – copy given export code and paste it at?https://pastebin.com
    – include link to that paste in your response below.

Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site and we don’t need them anyway.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

Thanks for the quick reply. It was in the form’s ‘submissions’.

Here you go. I hope this link is correct, they don’t give you a ‘copy link’ button or anything that I could see, and this is my first time using pastebin. I just copied the url after creating the post:

    Hi @jamminjames,

Thanks for sharing the export. I checked the form and it appears you have added 999 as a value for the Radio field and hence the behaviour:

Please do update the calculation from 999 to 1000 and it should work fine.

Please do let us know how that goes and if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin

Thanks, didn’t see that, don’t know why it was set that way.
