Donation form don’t trigger gamipress

    I add a givewp form through shortcode and set the trigger in gamipress point type:
    if user make a donation of minimum of 2 gets 50 points.
    I recevie two donation but the users who made them did not get the points.
    The Gamipress log don’t show any trigger.

    Please, can you send some screenshots with the configuration you have? You can open a ticket by sending an email to this email address [email protected], this way I can help you better.
    In any case, the events available to reward users with Give are:
    – Make a donation
    – Make a donation of a minimum amount
    – Make a donation through a specific form
    If you have any of these defined in a point type, it should reward the user.
    If it does not, it is possible that you have a plugin or theme installed in your WordPress that is conflicting with GamiPress, so I recommend that you carry out a conflict test.
