Donation does not appear at campagne

    Hi,

    I just tested a Crowdfunding on my site, my payment with Mollie succeeded but I does not appear as a payment in my Woocommerce dashboard either on my fronted page as a’funded’amount. What to do???

  • Hi,

    Can you please check the order status? If the order status is completed, then the donation will appear.

    If the orders are not being completed automatically, then you need to configure the callback system to let WooCommerce know that Mollie received a payment.
